Hiring St Thomas’s House
St Thomas’s House is located on St Thomas’s Square, adjacent to the church and can be hired for meetings and other events.
The Canterbury Room
The Canterbury Room is on the ground floor of St Thomas’s House and has a capacity of up to 45 people with a well equipped kitchen. Four toilets are available on the same floor, including one with disabled access and baby changing facilities. The room also has access to a private garden.
The Abingdon Room
The Abingdon Room is on the first floor and has capacity for up to 16 people in board room style. Access to a kitchenette and two toilets is on the same floor.
The Sarum Room
The Sarum Room is also on the first floor and has flexible seating and table arrangements, and is suitable for up to 20 people. Access to kitchenette and toilets shared with the Abingdon Room.
Booking
For availability, booking forms and information about costs, please email St Thomas’s Parish Office. Alternatively, click on the link below to view, download and print a booking form. If possible, we prefer you to book by email. To do this, print off the form, fill it in and sign it, scan it and attach it to an email to the Parish Office. If you don’t have a scanner, then post it to the address shown on the form.

We will be happy to help you work out what you need. Please note that the church is not available for hire on Monday, Thursday or Friday evenings.
